1. Eligibility 1.1 The programme is open to individual guests who have travelled on a Brompton Experiences overseas tour, or who qualify through the Club Rider tier below. 1.2 Membership is personal to you. Tier discounts cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or pooled with another guest, including a spouse or travelling companion. 1.3 Tier discounts apply to overseas tours operated by Brompton Experiences. They do not apply to bike rental, travel case hire, servicing, merchandise or club rides. Referral credit is broader, and clause 5 sets out where it can be used. 2. How tours are counted 2.1 A tour counts once it has been completed. Bookings that are cancelled, deferred or not yet travelled do not count towards your tier. 2.2 All tours completed with Brompton Experiences from October 2022 onwards count towards your tier. Your history with us is recognised in full. 2.3 One departure is one tour, regardless of its length or destination. A four day Taiwan tour and a seven day Netherlands tour each count as one. 2.4 Tour records are maintained by Brompton Experiences and our records are final. If you believe your record is incomplete, tell us before you make your booking and we will check it. 3. Club Rider tier 3.1 The Club Rider discount of S$150 is available to riders who have not previously travelled on a Brompton Experiences tour. 3.2 To qualify, complete four Saturday club rides within any two month period. Attendance is recorded by our ride leaders on the day. Please make sure you are signed in. 3.3 The discount applies to your first overseas tour and can be claimed once only. 3.4 Once you have travelled, your standing moves to the tour based tiers in the table above. 3.5 Club rides are free to attend and open to all riders, whether or not you intend to tour with us. 4. Using your tier discount 4.1 One tier discount applies per person, per booking. 4.2 The discount is applied to the tour fee before any applicable taxes, and is deducted from your final balance rather than your deposit. 4.3 Tier discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund. 4.4 The tier discount cannot be combined with promotional or launch pricing on the same booking. Where both apply, we will apply whichever gives you the better price. 4.5 Tier discounts apply to the tour fee only. They do not apply to flights, insurance, bike rental, travel case hire, single supplements, optional extras or anything else booked separately. 5. Referral credit 5.1 You earn S$150 in credit for each friend you introduce who completes their first Brompton Experiences tour. 5.2 To count as a referral, the person you introduce must be new to us. They must not have travelled with Brompton Experiences before, and they must not already be in discussion with us about a booking. 5.3 Please tell us who introduced you at the point of enquiry. We cannot apply a referral retrospectively once a booking is confirmed. 5.4 Credit is issued after your friend has travelled, not when they book. This protects everyone if plans change. 5.5 There is no limit on the number of friends you may introduce. 5.6 Referral credit may be used against the tour fee on any Brompton Experiences tour, bike rental or travel case hire. It cannot be used for bike servicing, which is carried out by our partner Bspokes, and it cannot be used for flights, insurance or third party costs. 5.7 Referral credit stacks on top of your tier discount. Where the two are used together on a single booking, total discounts and credits are capped at 25 per cent of the tour fee per person. Any balance above the cap stays in your account for next time. 5.8 Credit is valid for 24 months from the date it is issued. We will write to you before any credit is due to lapse. 5.9 Referral credit is personal to you. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for a refund. 5.10 Where two guests introduce the same person, credit is awarded to whoever was named first at enquiry. 6. Group and third party bookings 6.1 Where one guest books and pays for several people, each traveller's tier discount is calculated on their own tour history. 6.2 Corporate, charter and privately arranged group departures are priced separately and fall outside the programme. 7. Changes and cancellations 7.1 If you cancel a booking, the tier discount lapses with it and any referral credit applied to that booking returns to your account. Our standard booking and cancellation terms then apply to the amount actually paid. 7.2 If you transfer your booking to another departure with our agreement, your discount and credit transfer with it, subject to your tier at the time of the original booking. 7.3 If we cancel a departure, you may move your discount and credit to another departure or hold them for future use. 7.4 A cancelled tour does not count towards your tier, whoever cancels it. If a friend you referred cancels before travelling, the referral credit is not issued. 8. Validity 8.1 Your tier is based on tours completed within the previous 36 months. 8.2 Referral credit expires 24 months from the date of issue. 8.3 We will write to you before your standing changes or any credit lapses, so that nothing disappears without warning. 9. General 9.1 We may amend, suspend or withdraw the programme, or change the tiers, discount amounts and referral value, at any time. We will give at least 60 days notice on our website. Any booking already confirmed at the time of a change keeps the terms it was given, and credit already earned keeps its full value until it expires. 9.2 We may withdraw membership where the programme is misused, including attempts to transfer discounts between guests, to misrepresent tour or club ride history, or to claim referrals for guests who were already known to us. 9.3 We hold your booking, attendance and referral records in order to run the programme and to administer your tours. We do not share your details with any third party outside what is needed to operate your tour, such as airlines, hotels and local operators. 9.4 This programme is governed by the laws of Singapore. 9.5 Brompton Experiences is the trading name of Camp High Achievers Pte Ltd, a travel agency licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board.
