Marshals Programme

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

At Brompton Experiences, our weekly club rides are built on structure, safety, and camaraderie. Our ride marshals are central to that framework.

Marshals Overwatch

Pace Discipline

Maintain cruising speed and  tempo.

Hazard Signaling

Clear, timely signals for hazards

Regroup Points

Defined points along the route for groups to gather

Group Cohesion

Keep group compact and unified.

Risk Monitoring

Ensure no rider is dropped, actively watch for tired or distressed riders

A ride marshal is not just a cyclist at the front or back of the group. They are responsible for pace discipline, junction control, group cohesion, and risk mitigation.

Marshals monitor average cruising speed, manage regroup points, signal hazards, and ensure no rider is dropped. Their presence allows participants to focus on enjoying the route with confidence.
